A wellness spa located inside a luxury beachfront hotel in Santa Monica is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. We are passionate about providing elevated, personalized experiences and are looking for someone who shares that same commitment to guest care and professionalism.

About the role:

• Perform our signature custom facials following our spas protocols and techniques
• Provide professional skin consultations and post-care education
• Maintain a spotless, well-stocked treatment room with the highest hygiene standards
• Recommend and sell retail products to support client skin goals
• Ensure each guest feels welcomed, supported, and pampered throughout their visit
• Collaborate with front desk and fellow providers to maintain a smooth and supportive workflow

Requirements

• California Esthetician License (active and in good standing)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing facials and skincare treatments
• Skilled in extractions, masking, massage, and product knowledge
• Comfortable learning and following set facial protocols
• Professional, friendly, and reliable with strong communication skills
• A team player with a passion for wellness, beauty, and guest care
• Bonus: Existing clientele or social media following (not required but welcome!)
• Bonus: Lives locally in the Santa Monica/Venice area
