<Responsibilities>

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Provide advanced skincare services such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and laser procedures to meet clients’ aesthetic goals.
• Assist clients with product demos and personalized recommendations to enhance their skincare routines and overall experience.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY while maintaining a smooth flow of guest services.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
• Engage with clients through social media management and retail sales, upselling products and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

<Requirements>

• Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with current certification.
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and makeup application.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures including Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, tattooing, and med spa services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment booking and client records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a lively environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, and detailed work with tools or products.
• Passion for continuous learning in areas like color theory, hair extensions, straight razor shaving, barbering techniques, and hospitality standards.
