La Bella Skin & Wellness is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with an existing clientele to join our team.

This position is for an esthetician who wants the independence of running their own business without the financial responsibility of renting or ownership. You’ll operate with flexibility while benefiting from a beautiful professional space, established systems, and high-end professional skincare.

This is a commission-based position with opportunities for increased earnings and growth based on performance. Compensation and performance will be reviewed after the first 180 days.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and passionate about growing their clientele and personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including:
• Hydrafacials
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Waxing
• Brow & lash tinting
• Dermaplaning
• Lash lifts
• Airbrush tanning
• Other esthetic services
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate clients and recommend retail products to support their skincare goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Promote your services and grow your clientele through consistent social media marketing
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment

Additional certifications such as lash extensions, permanent makeup, sugaring, threading, etc. are a plus.

Requirements

• Active Alabama Esthetics License
• Professional liability insurance
• Existing clientele
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Flexible availability
• Strong social media presence with an Instagram page dedicated to your esthetics business
• Sales-driven with the ability to recommend and sell retail products
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and the beauty industry
