Commission Based Spa hiring Estheticians and Cosmetologists!

Job Description:

We are looking for knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate estheticians with a desire to grow! You will be required to conduct thorough skin analyses, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality client education on skincare and services. As an esthetician at Omega Beauty, you will be an integral part of delivering a luxury service while ensuring each guest's skincare needs and goals are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skin Analysis and Consultations- Perform thorough skin analysis and consultation to determine the client's current skin condition, needs, and goals.
• Treatment planning- Develop and recommend customized and results-driven treatments based on skin analysis to help clients reach their skin care goals.
• Client Education- Provide expert guidance to deliver quality education to clients on their skin, products, and services offered at Omega Beauty.
• Product Knowledge- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the product lines we carry at Omega Beauty. Be prepared to offer additional products or suggest alternatives based on the clients' skin consult and analysis.
• Safety and Sanitation- Adhere to all safety and sanitation practices and maintain a thorough understanding of Universal Precautions. We want to ensure the safety of not only our guests but our staff as well.
• We expect every esthetician to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all treatment rooms and implements to Omega Beauty and the CDC standards.
• Knowledge of Skin and Scalp conditions- Demonstrate a strong understanding of common skin and scalp conditions to provide safe and effective services
• Customer Service—Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude, leading to repeat guests and amazing client satisfaction.
• We expect every team member to assist other team members as needed and treat all with respect
• Social Media: We encourage you to keep up to date on social media to show off your work and attract new clientele
• Time Management: It is expected that every team member be prompt and on time for their services. At least 15 minutes before service.
• Dress Code: It is expected that every esthetician dress professionally, adhering to Omega Beauty standards

Requirements:

2-3 Years experience required

Evenings and weekends are a requirement

Full or Part time as determined by Management

Current and Valid Ohio Cosmetology or Ohio Esthetics license required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and high standards of service

Certifications in any services, such as dermaplaning, chemical peels, luxury facials, and massage, are always a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $25.00 per hour
