position overview

we are hiring a licensed esthetician to join our krew as a skin care trainer (sct).

skin care trainers perform customized facials, educate kustomers on their skin, and guide them toward long term results through consistent treatments and home care.

this role is ideal for someone who loves education, skin science, and building relationships with kustomers over time.

available shifts

thursday: 12pm – 6pm
friday: 11am – 4pm
sunday: 11am – 4pm

additional hours may become available as demand grows.

treatment skills & comfort level

candidates should be comfortable performing or learning:

• customized facials
• facial dermaplaning
• ultrasonic treatments
• led light therapy
• microcurrent technology
• extractions and skin analysis

advanced training and education are provided.

• comfortable recommending and selling retail products
• willing to participate in shop social media and education content
• comfortable being featured in educational videos or demonstrations
• able to lift 25 pounds or more when needed
• able to stand for extended periods during treatments
• reliable transportation to paradise valley / north phoenix area

responsibilities

• perform customized skoah facial treatments
• analyze skin and create personalized skin fitness plans
• educate kustomers on products and home care routines
• recommend retail based on skin needs
• rebook kustomers for ongoing skin training
• maintain accurate service notes and treatment records
• keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared
• contribute to positive shop energy and team culture
