About Our Spa

All Love Collections® is a boutique facial spa focused on personalized skincare and creating a relaxing “mini vacation” experience for our clients.

We specialize in customized facials, skin analysis, and skincare education. Our spa also offers our own skincare line, AardeSkin™, designed to support healthy skin for all skin types.

Currently, we have two locations in Pasadena and Glendora, and our business continues to grow. As our spa develops, we may expand to additional locations in the future.

All Love Collections® is not a traditional one-by-one spa. Many of our clients are package members who come with friends or family.

We often welcome families and small groups who enjoy facials together, so our estheticians should feel comfortable working in a friendly and team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive experience for clients.

Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare and enjoys helping clients improve their skin health.

The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a clean and professional spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on skin analysis including eye lash lifting
• Provide skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
• Follow spa sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Maintain backbar products and supplies
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician License
• Minimum 1 year experience working at facial spa
• Passion for skincare and helping clients
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the treatment room
• Ability to work weekends
