Licensed Esthetician

Overview:

We are seeking compassionate Estheticians to join our team at a reputable growing Spa. We are New England’s premier head and day spa destination, providing a serene escape that revitalizes head, mind, and body. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of beauty treatments with a focus on scalp and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

Included, but not limited to the following:

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments with professionalism and care
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms, common areas, laundry, and bathrooms
• Support daily spa upkeep through room resets, laundry management, and general maintenance tasks
• Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products and supplies

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a Spa or similar environment is preferred
- Proficiency in skin knowledge
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments
