The Head Spa Sanctuary is one of the busiest Japanese Head Spas in the world and is rapidly expanding as we move into our new, state-of-the-art flagship location in Pineville. As we grow, we are expanding our offerings beyond Japanese Head Spa and Facials to include Korean Facials, clinically formulated Foot Soaks, full-body Massage, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Multi-Hand Wellness Experiences, Zero Gravity Pedicures, and elevated Relaxation Areas.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in an innovative and client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments, and retail sales. As an Esthetician, you will provide exceptional services to clients while promoting a range of products and treatments that enhance their beauty and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and other esthetic services.
• Conduct thorough Korean 3D Skin Analysis skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage to enhance results.
• Manage client appointments efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina
• Previous experience in a spa or similar environment is preferred.
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling beauty products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development in cosmetology practices.
