Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, derma planing, chemical peels, eyelash extensions, and more!
• Manage client consultations to assess skin types, concerns, and goals; recommend tailored skincare routines and products
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety
• Engage in retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling skincare products, and educating clients on their benefits to enhance their experience
• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing appointments via salon software, and providing exceptional guest services to foster loyalty
• Promote services through social media management and marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Proven management skills to coordinate schedules, oversee team activities, and ensure smooth salon operations
• Strong social media management skills to promote services effectively across platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards required for esthetic practices to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while providing genuine recommendations tailored to individual needs
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is highly desirable
• Skilled at multitasking front desk duties while delivering high-quality guest experiences

Pay: $27.45 - $33.06 per hour
