Duties

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, waxing, and aesthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Manage retail sales by recommending products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Utilize medspa software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build lasting relationships
• Assist front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointment bookings to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments including facial care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser procedures
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatment options and skincare
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities
• Ability to perform specialized services such as tattooing or straight razor shaving is a plus but not required
• A passion for ongoing education in esthetics, skincare innovations, and med spa treatments
