Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services with precision and professionalism. Pay based on experience.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and product solutions tailored to each guest’s needs
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using vagaro
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to ensure continued results
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages through effective communication and customer service skills
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, and supporting overall guest services
• Stay current on industry trends such as med spa procedures to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of esthetician experience REQUIRED. Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Experience with medical grade skincare REQUIRED
• Experience with Hydrafacial REQUIRED
• Proficiency in med spa management software like Vagaro
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and industry safety standards
• Skills in retail sales techniques with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatment packages
• Knowledge of HydraFacial a r
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is desirable
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly hospitality approach to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay: $34.14 - $45.00 per hour
