Job Summary
Want to join a great team? Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa is looking for a passionate, experienced, licensed esthetician with a great smile and a positive attitude. Various shifts are available, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Located within the salon at our exclusive club, that is open to the public. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments that enhance our guests’ confidence and well-being. Creating a happy culture is the name of our game.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a Suite of Services: Deliver high-quality facials, chemical peels, body treatments, and waxing.
• Personalize the Experience: Conduct thorough skin consultations and design bespoke treatment plans for our clients.
• Drive Results: Recommend professional-grade retail products to ensure members maintain their glow between appointments.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and room aesthetics. Including all rules mandated by the Dept Of Barbering & Cosmetology.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional: Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• The "Club" Vibe: Polished, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience Matters: At least one year of experience in a luxury spa or high-end salon setting preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using booking software and learning new skincare technologies.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit who enjoys working alongside stylists and therapists to provide a full-service experience.
