What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality facial treatments, chemical peels, and Microneedling/PRP.
• Pre and post care for laser treatments
• Provide detailed skin consultations and curate personalized home-care regimens.
• Maintain a pristine, organized, and stocked treatment room.
• Ensure a seamless patient experience through excellent communication and a warm demeanor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional Hands-On Skills: You must be confident and proficient in your technical manual skills. We value the "art" of the facial as much as the science.
• Reliability is Key: We need someone who is dependable, punctual, and views their schedule as a commitment to our patients and the team.
• Active WA State Esthetician or Master Esthetician License.
• Professionalism: Ability to maintain a polished appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn new protocols and stay updated on industry trends.
