Roles and Responsibilities:

· Perform treatments under the supervision of our Medical Director and Director, Medical Spa Operations

· Responsible for taking photos and completing detailed notes at every patient visit

· Selling retail products, packages, and all services

· Work with team to achieve sales goals

· Achieve positive customer satisfaction scores on patient surveys

· Participate in all marketing events

· Assist supervisor in managing inventory effectively

· Responsible for proper cleaning and sanitation protocols

· Perform staff treatments

· Keep work area clean, organized and free of any HIPAA related information

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Valid Esthetics License

· Retail sales exposure/experience

Preferred

· 2+ years experience

· Laser experience

· Experience assisting providers with injectable treatments
