Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team as we launch Maison D'Alexandre Wellness . In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, providing personalized services that enhance our guests’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, combined with your friendly customer service approach, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Compensation will be based on your experience.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, medical grade facials and peels, body treatments, and microcurrent treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products tailored to individual needs
• Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and beauty tools during client visits
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and update client records
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries in a friendly manner
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and trends.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Proven experience of a minimum of 10 years in performing esthetic treatments in a spa or medispa environment
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like Phorest for efficient appointment management
• Strong background in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
• Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment within a med spa or salon setting
• Excellent communication skills combined with a hospitality mindset to ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
