Hand and Stone Massage and Med Spa in Kenwood is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician who is looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment.

Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, Nano-infusion, Ultrasonic, dermaplaning and chemical peels. We partner with best-in-class brands including Image Skincare and Dermalogica.

Our esthetician's work hand-in-hand with our Nurse Practitioners to offer clients best in class aesthetics and injectables to achieve optimal results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Refer clients to our med spa when appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• One year esthetics/facial experience preferred
• Carry your own liability insurance
• Active Esthetics License in the State of Ohio
