Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing spa! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services that enhance our guests’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, informed, and inspired. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your skills in esthetic treatments, product recommendations, and customer service to elevate the overall guest experience. This paid position offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work in an atmosphere dedicated to beauty excellence. Must be able to work independently as this is a 'by appointment only' position as well as arrive at the spa within 1 hour of appointment booking. Days needed for coverage are Sat-Wed. Schedule negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, microdermabrasion, Nano needling, Glo2 Facials, waxing, eyelash and brow services, body treatments, spray tan, natural nail services, with precision and care.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products that align with each guest’s unique skin type and preferences.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict hygiene protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Provide exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling treatments or packages to enhance their experience.
• Check-in/check-out procedures, appointment confirmations, and answering client inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, mani/pedis , eyelash and brow services, body waxing, etc.
• Strong computer skills with experience using salon software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about skincare routines and treatment options confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Experience in spa settings or as independent Esthetician is highly desirable.
