• Licensed esthetician in Pennsylvania

• Passion for skincare, client experience, and results

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, skincare treatments, and consultations

• Educate clients and recommend homecare products

• Create a luxury, welcoming experience for every guest

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment room

• Support client retention through rebooking and follow-up

• Assist with spa growth initiatives and promotions

Compensation

Hybrid pay structure:

• Base hourly pay for support hours

• Commission on services

• Retail commission opportunities

Compensation will grow with performance and clientele.

Schedule

Part-time position (15–25 hours/week)

Must be available:

• At least one evening

• At least one Saturday

Schedule will expand as clientele grows.

Bonus (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Experience with acne or corrective skincare

• Interest in advanced skincare lines and treatments

• Previous spa or luxury service experience

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
