We’re looking for a licensed esthetician who wants to rent a chair/room, grow their clientele, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Position Type
Independent contractor — chair/room rental. Flexible schedules. Ideal for motivated estheticians building their own business.

Responsibilities

• Provide esthetic services such as customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash lifts/extensions, and other licensed treatments you’re certified to perform
• Deliver excellent client consultations and aftercare instructions; recommend retail products when appropriate
• Maintain professional, timely bookings and communicate schedule changes promptly
• Keep the workspace clean and follow all sanitation and state licensing regulations
• Market your services locally and on social media to grow your clientele; collaborate on spa promotions when desired

Requirements

• Valid state esthetician license
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional, client-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Experience with common esthetic services and familiarity with booking software preferred
• Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to building a steady client base

Pay: $29.72 - $65.00 per hour
