No experience is required as full, paid training is provided for all technicians.
All full and part-time opportunities are on-site at The Tox Southlake or Fort Worth and may include off-site events as needed. Hours include days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all client services
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience
- Ensure all dealings with guests at the studio meet or exceed the company’s operating standards
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and well maintained at all times
- Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the studio standards
- Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times
- Ensure consistent studio experience
- Ensure that the studio department follows safety and maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times
- Ensure all studio equipment is maintained in good working order at all times
- Able to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes
- Able to achieve high performance and operational standards
- Able to handle any guest complaints or special requirements
- Able to upsell our services and products
- Able to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions
- Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the studio to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Attend regular staff meetings
- Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require
Requirements and Qualifications:
Requires an active, unrestricted esthetician license in the state of Texas. Background checks are required for all estheticians/technicians.
- Able to pass a rigorous training program to perform The Tox Technique in a consistent manner with all clients
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending or stooping, use of hands and arms to handle or control objects including but not limited to tools, objects, and other controls, reaching with hands and arms, repeating of same movements
- Occasional periods of sitting, kneeling, balancing, pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machinery
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and abilities to work well with a team
Please note that this position will be part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
