Licensed Esthetician

We’re a small, fast-growing medical aesthetics practice that takes skin seriously — and we’re looking for an esthetician who does too.

At Arlie Aesthetics, we’re not a spa. We’re a results-driven practice where clients come because they want real change, not just relaxation. If you love the science behind the skin, stay current on treatments and ingredients, and genuinely care about your clients’ outcomes, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other advanced skin treatments
• Conducting thorough skin consultations and building personalized treatment plans
• Educating clients on at-home care and recommending products that actually move the needle
• Recommending retail products as part of treatment plans — you believe in what you’re selling because it supports the results you’re creating in the room
• Collaborating with our RN on combination treatment approaches
• Participating in content creation for social media — before/afters, treatment walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes moments
• Keeping up with client records, charting, and maintaining a clean, professional treatment space

What we’re looking for:

• Active Pennsylvania esthetician license (required)
• Experience in a medical or clinical aesthetics setting preferred
• Solid knowledge of skin physiology and treatment protocols
• Comfortable building and growing your own clientele — you take pride in retention and referrals, not just bookings
• Comfortable on camera and familiar with Instagram — you don’t need to be an influencer, but you shouldn’t dread a Reel either
• Someone who is professional, reliable, and easy to work with
• A genuine passion for this industry — you’re always learning, always growing

Pay: $17.00 - $22.50 per hour
