Licensed Esthetician

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you’ll deliver personalized, results-driven treatments that help clients look and feel their best.

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments including:
• Customized facials
• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Other non-invasive skin services in alignment with spa standards
• Utilize advanced technology such as the Zemits Verstand HD Pro to enhance treatment results
• Perform customized luxury facials incorporating advanced facial massage, manual lymphatic drainage (face & body), and scalp/head massage
• Capture before-and-after photographs at every client visit to accurately document treatment progress and results
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to create personalized treatment plans
• Prepare clients for treatments, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper pre- and post-care guidance
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and ongoing treatment plans to support long-term results
• Support providers as needed with treatment preparation and ensure seamless client flow between services
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and readiness
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document treatments, notes, and client interactions in the practice management system
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through trust, education, and visible results

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Massachusetts Esthetician license (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred
• Strong ability to analyze skin and confidently recommend treatments and homecare
• Experience with facials and advanced treatments
• Confidence in retail sales with a client-first approach
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and staying current with industry trends

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
