Role Overview

About Face Medical Aesthetics, a Well Labs+ partner, is seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our practice. This role is ideal for a skilled, patient-centered professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and wants to be on the cutting edge of aesthetic and wellness care.

The Esthetician plays an essential role in delivering the About Face – Well Labs+ patient experience—from initial consultation through ongoing care. This individual is a key contributor to the treatment journey, ensuring patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their results. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a warm, personalized approach to every interaction, and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through thoughtful, results-driven treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials and advanced aesthetic services
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences through consultation, education, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and thorough treatment documentation
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support overall patient outcomes
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards within treatment rooms

Inventory & Operations

• Maintain treatment room inventory, including skincare products and supplies; ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
• Accurately communicate services performed and any applicable charges to the front desk team
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR, and support scheduling and patient communication as needed
• Collaborate closely with clinical and front desk teams to ensure a seamless, elevated patient experience throughout the treatment journey

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Prior experience in a medical aesthetic practice (required)
• Experience with HydraFacial (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and ongoing education

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays
• Additional days/hours available based on candidate availability and business needs
