Job Overview

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Manage client consultations to understand their skincare needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to support their ongoing beauty journey.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is sterilized after each use.
• Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building our online community.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting guests, managing bookings, processing payments, and providing outstanding guest services.
• Upsell retail products and additional treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current on industry trends such as hair threading, hair extensions, tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, makeup application, and straight razor grooming to offer innovative services.
• Support management in daily operations by maintaining a positive team environment and contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued esthetician license with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in med spa or salon environments with expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare products and treatments confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Ability to perform diverse services including hair styling, nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, barbering skills, deep tissue massage techniques, tattooing (if certified), dermabrasion procedures, esthetic laser treatments, color theory understanding for makeup artistry, straight razor grooming skills, and hospitality-oriented guest interactions.
