Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, driven, and passionate Esthetician to join our team. This is a results-oriented, client-focused role within a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, a strong ability to sell and recommend treatments, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Important: Applicants must have prior experience in medical aesthetics to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments in a medical aesthetics setting
• Conduct thorough client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services and products to support their long-term results
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
• Assist the Medical Director with advanced treatments and procedures, ensuring a high standard of patient care and support
• Follow up with new and existing leads through our lead management platform and support conversion into booked services
• Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and treatment protocols

Requirements

• Experience with advanced treatments and medical-grade skincare
• Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
• Background in sales, client retention, or treatment plan conversions
• Experience using Boulevard (BLVD) booking platform or similar client management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
