Licensed Esthetician

Overview:

Join our small, family-owned spa as an Esthetician and bring your passion for skincare and beauty to our diverse clientele. We are seeking a dedicated and licensed esthetician with open availability to accommodate our clients' needs. As an integral part of our team, you will provide professional skincare services and contribute to creating a rejuvenating and relaxing experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Skincare Services:

- Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments.

- Conduct skin analyses and consultations to customize services based on individual client needs and concerns.

- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

2. Client Engagement:

- Build rapport with clients, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend personalized at-home care regimens.

- Address client questions, concerns, and provide post-treatment guidance.

3. Product Knowledge and Sales:

- Promote and sell skincare products offered by the spa's product line.

- Provide product recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns.

- Collaborate with the front desk team to fulfill product orders and manage inventory.

4. Hygiene and Sanitation

- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment.

5. Open Availability:

- Flexibility in scheduling with open availability to accommodate client appointments during evenings and weekends.

- Willingness to work varied hours to meet the demands of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications:

- Valid state esthetician license.

- Proven experience as an esthetician in a spa or skincare clinic.

- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to tailor services to meet individual client needs.

- Sales experience and a proactive approach to promoting skincare products.

We offer paid and non-paid training. Please do not apply if you do not have open availability on weekends.
