Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with an existing client base who is goal-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced med spa environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in consultations, skilled in advanced skincare services, and committed to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, waxing, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and chemical peels

- Conduct thorough client consultations and develop customized treatment plans

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals

- Deliver exceptional client experience from consultation through post-treatment care

- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all safety and sanitation protocols

- Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue goals

Required Qualifications

- Active Esthetician License in Colorado

- Minimum 1 year of experience (med spa experience preferred)

- Must have an existing client base

- Strong consultation, sales, and communication skills

- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset

- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client results

- Availability for evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with injectables

- Experience with permanent makeup

Compensation

- Commission-based: 50% of net profit per service

- Average service payout: ~$107 per service

- High earning potential based on performance, client retention, and service volume

- Example: 6 services/day = ~$642/day in commission potential

Schedule

- Full-time with flexible hours

- Must be available for evenings and weekends
