<Job Overview>
We are seeking a talented and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide a wide range of skincare treatments, beauty services, and product recommendations to enhance our clients’ natural beauty. Your expertise in esthetic treatments, customer service, and retail sales will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered.

<Responsibilities>

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs.
• Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and hair styling.
• Manage retail product demos and upsell skincare products to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper equipment sterilization to ensure client safety.
• Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales processing.
• Provide excellent guest services by understanding client preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay informed on current trends in esthetics, including botulinum toxin treatments and tattooing procedures.

<Experience>

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Prior experience in med spa or salon environments with familiarity in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers preferred.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Proficiency in salon management software such as Fresha is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for customer service excellence.
• Experience with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients is a plus.

Pay: $29.61 - $35.66 per hour
