Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, reliable, and dedicated to providing an elevated client experience. Experience is preferred. Unlimited earning potential with commission-based structure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform services including: facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Diamond Glow, brow tinting and laminations, lash lifts and tints, facial massage, LED therapy, and waxing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
• Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including answering phones and helping clients
• Help manage and stock inventory
• Actively promote services and build clientele through social media
• Assist in treatment rooms when needed

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee esthetician license
• Experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule Requirements:

• Occasional Saturdays required
• Occasional after-hours events and trainings

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
