Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials and body waxing to meet client needs.
• Provide facial/lymphatic tissue massage.
• Attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Upsell additional services and products that align with client needs, enhancing their experience while contributing to business growth.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty treatments, and industry best practices.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and professionalism.

Skills

• Proficient in cosmetology with a focus on skincare treatments.
• Experience in facial tissue massage techniques is highly desirable.
• Experience with extraction techniques and detailed skin analysis.
• Focuses on treatments and product-based care with a natural whole-body approach integrating cosmeceuticals as needed.
• Familiarity with med spa environments and procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed about their treatments.
• Experience in upselling services or products is beneficial.
• Proficient in body waxing techniques with an emphasis on client comfort.
• Proven track record with clientele retention.
• Exuding a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Attention to detail and follow through.
• Excellent listening skills and problem solving skills.
