Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician with at least 1 year experience in a salon setting to join our team (FULL-TIME WITH COMMISSION BASED SALARY). We are located in the Mission Hills community of the San Fernando Valley (1/2 block from the 118 freeway exit and on ramp). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of esthetic services (eyebrow waxing and basic facial treatments) while promoting products and treatments that enhance the overall client experience. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals and maintain their beauty routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and treatments.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client testimonials, and showcase results.

Skill

• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online.
• A proactive approach to learning new techniques and improving service offerings.
