We are seeking a talented individual to showcase their esthetic skills and safely perform minimally invasive laser treatments in our botique med spa. If you have a passion for skin care, providing exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, knowledge of medical grade skin care, and are extremely motivated, then we want you!

Esthitician Requirements:

• Active Florida esthetician license required.
• Florida electrolysis license.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a clinical or luxury spa setting.
• Advanced proficiency in delivering a full range of esthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Refined, warm, and professional appearance with a strong focus on elevated client experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong background in facials and advanced skin treatments
• Experience with laser
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines such as SkinCeuticals
• Comfortable with performing HydraFacial, dermaplanning, chemical peels and Customized facial protocols
• Technologically adept, including experience with digital charting, iPads, and clinical photography.

Esthitician Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of laser treatments and procedures and perform according to treatment protocols.
• Providing expert skincare guidance, including personalized treatment recommendations and tailored home care regimens. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of pre- and post-care protocols for all services, ensuring alignment with each client’s skincare routine and product use.
• Cultivate meaningful, personalized conversations with clients, thoughtfully engaging in topics that reflect their individual interests and preferences.
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
• Meticulously adhere to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.
• Checking in and out clients, rebooking, and upselling other spa services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
