We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused esthetician who is passionate about delivering results and contributing to a growing brand.

Position Overview:

The Esthetician will be responsible for providing high-quality skincare and body treatments while delivering an elevated client experience. This role requires both technical skill and sales awareness, as well as the ability to build and retain a loyal client base.

Responsibilities:

• Perform services including:
• Custom facials
• Chemical peels
• Acne treatments
• Body treatments (cavitation, sculpting, etc.)
• Educate clients on:
• Skincare routines
• Treatment plans
• Product recommendations
• Maintain:
• Clean and organized treatment rooms
• Proper sanitation and safety standards
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Assist with client retention and follow-up
• Support front desk when needed

Sales & Performance Expectations:

• Recommend services and products appropriately
• Convert consultations into treatments
• Support membership and package sales
• Maintain a positive and professional presence

This is a performance-based environment focused on growth and results.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Hourly pay + commission structure
