Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, reliability, and personal presentation at all times
• Passionate about lashes, brows, and advanced skincare, with a desire to continuously refine skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine client relationships
• Confident in consultation, retail, and service-based sales, with a results-driven mindset
• Proactive in client follow-up, retention, and rebooking strategies
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for precision, symmetry, and overall client experience
• Open to constructive feedback and ongoing education, with a growth-oriented mindset
• Willing and excited to participate in monthly events, promotions, and team initiatives
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
