Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and skin laser treatments with precision and professionalism
• Provide personalized consultations to assess clients’ skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow and maximize revenue
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all treatment areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community online
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing bookings, processing payments, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices
• Experience with advanced esthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and tattooing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in salon management software including Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in skincare and body treatments
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a guest-first approach
• Experience in retail sales, social media management, and product demonstrations is a plus
• Skills in hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor shaving, deep tissue massage or barbering are beneficial but not required
• A passion for ongoing learning about new esthetic techniques like med spa treatments or esthetic laser procedures
