Are you passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel confident and rejuvenated? We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level esthetician to join our growing team at Mindset 2 Wellness Spa.

This is the perfect opportunity for a newly licensed esthetician who wants to build hands-on experience in a supportive, elevated spa environment that blends beauty, recovery, and total wellness.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform foundational esthetic services (facials, skincare treatments, waxing, etc.)
• Support spa experiences including steam treatments and relaxation services
• Educate clients on skincare and home care routines
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
• Deliver exceptional, welcoming client experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Active esthetician license (WV or ability to obtain)
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured spa environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in advanced treatments and continued education

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work at least 3 Saturdays per month
• Flexible weekday and evening availability preferred

Compensation:

• Hourly rate plus commission and discounts on spa services and amenities as well as gym membership
