Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Administer body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Conduct advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits.
• Utilize salon management software like Millennium, MINDBODY, or similar platforms for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by following strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service skills, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from greeting at the front desk to post-treatment follow-up.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and increase brand visibility.
• Upsell additional treatments or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends such as color theory, nail care techniques, hair extensions, barbering skills, and the latest esthetic laser technologies.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in skin care treatments including facials, dermabrasion, laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures such as Botox (botulinum toxin) injections and dermal fillers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in social media management for marketing purposes.
• Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on product demos and upselling techniques.
