What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the aesthetics industry
• Sugaring experience required
• Strong background in facials and corrective skin treatments
• Confident in consultations and high-ticket service sales
• Ability to recommend and retail skincare products effectively
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Thrives in a busy, high-volume studio environment
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials and advanced skin treatments
• Provide sugaring services with efficiency and precision
• Conduct thorough consultations and build treatment plans
• Upsell and cross-sell services, packages, and retail products
• Maintain strong client relationships and retention
• Contribute to a positive, team-driven studio culture
