Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a talented, professional, and client-focused Part-Time Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Atherton, CA. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, beauty, and client education, with hands-on experience in brow laminations, lash lifts, skincare treatments, and retail skincare sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services including:
• Brow laminations
• Lash lifts and tints
• Customized facials and skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Promote and sell professional or medical-grade skincare products based on client needs
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and supplies in accordance with cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ensure all services are performed safely, effectively, and with excellent attention to detail
• Help create a warm, elevated, and welcoming experience for every client
• Assist with scheduling, client follow-up, and retention efforts as needed

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License
• Previous esthetics experience preferred
• Prior experience with: Brow laminations, Lash lifts, Skincare treatments/facials, Skincare product sales
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to confidently recommend products and treatments
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa setting is a plus

Preferred Schedule

• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week; as needed based on treatments booked.

Compensation & Perks

• $28.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
