Position Summary

Part-time hours to be determined, some weekends.

The Licensed Esthetician is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments with exceptional patient care and clinical precision. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent time management, and a willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice. The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, and excited to contribute to both treatment and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic services including (but not limited to):

○ Dermaplaning

○ Customized facials and advanced skincare treatments

○ Use of Treatment Devices and maintenance

○ Chemical peel

○ Hydrafacial

○ Brow tinting and lamination

○ Lash lift and tint

○ Body waxing

○ Treatment room laundry, and sterilizing supplies

○ Skin care, protocols, continuing education

● Maintain sterile technique and adhere to biohazard protocols at all times

● Provide thorough consultations, educate patients on pre- and post-care, and document accurately in electronic medical records

● Track and manage skincare inventory, including restocking and communicating order needs

● Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth patient flow and treatment room readiness

● Cross-trained to assist with reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling, checking patients in/out, and handling payments

● Actively participate in marketing efforts, including:

○ Creating or appearing in social media videos, reels, and photos

○ Sharing patient education content and treatment highlights

● Uphold the clinic’s professional image and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

● Active Florida esthetician license (Required)

● Minimum 1+ year of experience in medical aesthetics (Required)

● Strong ties to the St. Petersburg community

● Strong knowledge of sterile technique and biohazard education

● Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

● Proficient in medical documentation and patient charting systems

● Comfortable on camera for social media content

● Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
