Job Summary
Are you a positive, enthusiastic Licensed Esthetician? At The Tox, we’re revolutionizing wellness, and we are seeking part-time Estheticians, who are passionate and service-driven. No prior experience in our technique is required; we provide comprehensive training.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a polished, elevated client experience and can confidently interact with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform The Tox method treatments with precision and care, following company protocols and training guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for clients
• Deliver a consistently elevated, high-touch client experience from arrival through post-service
• Confidently engage with a high-end clientele, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
• Educate clients on the benefits of The Tox method and recommend follow-up treatments or packages tailored to their goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operate and care for equipment and tools used during treatments
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Demonstrate strong retail and sales skills, with the ability to confidently recommend products and services that enhance client results
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously refine your skill set
• Assist with studio cleanliness
• Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while fostering positive, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Active Oregon State Esthetician License as required by state regulations
• Experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality-driven environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability or interest in sales, client retention, and service-based recommendations
• Excited to learn new techniques and grow in a fun, supportive environment
• Knowledge of holistic skincare products, techniques, and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A passion for the wellness industry and commitment to ongoing professional development
• A professional, polished, and team-oriented mindset
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available weekends

✨This is a part-time role, where weekend availability is required. Potential to grow into a full-time position.

• This is a W-2, non-exempt hourly role
• Travel for an out of state week long training is required.
• NDA will be signed prior to training to protect our proprietary method
