Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our busy luxury Med Spa in the heart of Woodland Hills . This is a COMMISSION -based position ONLY .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will perform various beauty treatments, educate clients on skincare, and contribute to a positive atmosphere within our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic services including all different type of facials, lymphatic drainage massage, and other luxury treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools to ensure client safety.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Manage appointment schedules effectively to maximize client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques, including hair threading and other specialized services.
• Promote products and services through effective sales techniques while educating clients on proper skincare routines.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license in the state of CA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the beauty industry.
