Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing clients with personalized skincare treatments, enhancing their overall experience, and promoting our range of products and services.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and dermabrasion.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in effective communication with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and well-being.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment bookings, check-ins, and handling payments.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Experience in a med spa setting is preferred; familiarity with hair extensions, tattooing, deep tissue massage, or barbering is a plus.
• Proficient in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Strong understanding of color theory and retail sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• A commitment to sanitation practices and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
