Licensed Esthetician

Overview
EPIK IV Therapy & Aesthetics is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our growing spa team. We specialize in results-driven skincare, facials, and wellness-focused services in a calm, professional environment.

This role is ideal for an esthetician who values quality care, consistency, and client relationships. At EPIK, we are building more than a clinic, we are building a brand. Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services including facials, peels, etc
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and supplies to uphold safety standards and operational readiness.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Accurately document services and client notes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support spa packages and memberships as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury wellness environment
• Valid CT Esthetician License (required).
• 1+ year experience preferred.
• Kind, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a safe treatment environment at all times.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
