Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires proficiency in both technical skills and interpersonal communication, ensuring that each guest receives personalized care tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations, etc
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage client appointments and schedules using salon software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Upsell retail products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in salon software systems for scheduling and client management.
• Experience in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
• Background in cosmetology helpful.
• Familiarity with advanced esthetic procedures including microdermabrasion, high frequency wand, red light therapy, dermaplaning, etc
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $32.34 - $38.94 per hour
