Job Summary

LivBetter Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and beauty services that help clients look and feel their best. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, customer care, and sanitation will contribute to a welcoming, professional environment. Key Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and esthetic laser procedures.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend tailored skincare routines, treatments, and products.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Accurately document client treatments and progress using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product use, and post-treatment care to support long-term skin health.
• Drive retail and service revenue by recommending products and treatments that align with client needs and LivBetter’s wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proof of certification.
• 2 years Experience +
• Demonstrated experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser procedures.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control standards.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate client record keeping.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends, including advanced esthetic laser treatments and medical-grade skincare.

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
