<Responsibilities>

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing with precision and care
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to foster trust and loyalty
• Manage client appointments efficiently
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling treatments, and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing updates, promotions, and client success stories to grow our online presence

<Requirements>

• Valid license as a Licensed Esthetician with state certification in cosmetology or esthetics
• Proven experience in providing diverse skincare treatments including body waxing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, facial techniques
• Experience in retail sales, upselling services/products, and social media management is highly desirable
• Ability to perform under pressure while delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
