Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and body sculpting
• Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. .
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized.
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, and managing client records. .
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience while supporting overall salon operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, body sculpting
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee treatment areas effectively.
• Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and treatment options confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to esthetic practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform retail sales through product demos and upselling strategies that enhance client satisfaction.

Pay: $20.00 - $33.53 per hour
