Duties

• Provide professional esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines utilizing your knowledge of color theory and skin health principles.
• Perform advanced treatments such as tattoo removal assistance, medical record documentation, and infection control procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Deliver expert makeup application for special occasions, photo shoots, or daily wear, enhancing clients’ personal style.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and infection control practices throughout all procedures.
• Manage client records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to track treatments, preferences, and progress.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages through engaging consultations that highlight benefits and build client loyalty.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with current certification to perform esthetic treatments.
• Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional approach that fosters client trust and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control protocols, and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Familiarity with advanced skincare techniques including dermabrasion, laser treatments, tattoo removal support, and eyelash extension application.
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for accurate medical records management.
• Strong understanding of cosmetology principles such as color theory, makeup application techniques, and hair threading.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Willingness to stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and other new services. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
