Licensed Esthetician

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing core esthetic services within your scope of practice
• Assisting with and performing services such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other corrective skincare treatments
• Conducting thorough client consultations and supporting treatment planning
• Educating clients on pre and post-treatment care, including skin preparation and aftercare instructions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment at all times
• Following strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Delivering a seamless, elevated client experience from consultation through aftercare
• Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Highly trainable with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Professional, reliable, and consistent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide clients
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
